Colorful, sweet and elegant
It is with special pleasure that we announce the presentation of Jeannette Miner Paris Fashions for the Spring/Summer 2009 season. We feel that these troubled times require a particularly optimistic outlook and our fresh and bright models this season were designed with that in mind. They are multi-colored, comfortable and, at the same time, sweet and elegant.
Dresses that are timeless but with a contemporary resonance, in either flowery patterns or solid colors—in which case black seems to be a favorite, with light camel as a second color.
A sleek sharp-looking black fabric raincoat, stunning when mixed with a colorful print dress; intriguing when worn with pants and high heel pump shoes: spicy is its name.
The star of the collection is a coat and dress ensemble. The coat in a pure 100% wool crepe whose bottom blossoms out in cut panels showing off underneath the gorgeous silk print dress of assorted colors. It is a sure winner for a wedding reception or dressy cocktail.
A summery ensemble in a sturdy cotton fabric composed of a short sleeve jacket, with a straight color and an aligned double row of contrasting colored big buttons. It goes with either bermudas or shorts, with a possibility of a swirling or tailored straight skirt. Needless to say, its possibilities are practically endless—at the office, at a garden party, on a walking tour or boating outing or just plain relaxing.
An orange and camel print jacket in a man-made satiny fabric, to go with a camel pair of pants or a skirt, is part of this very activewear collection.
